- DiscoveryWe start by learning how your business works, who your customers are and what the current site gets wrong. We review your analytics, talk to the people who use the site every day and agree on what success looks like.
- Content modelBefore any design, we map every page, post type and field so the structure fits your content. That is what makes the site easy to edit later and keeps it from drifting as it grows.
- DesignLayouts and a design system for the whole site, reviewed with you page by page. You see real content in the designs, not placeholder text, so decisions are made on what will actually go live.
- BuildWe develop the theme, custom blocks, plugins and integrations on a staging site you can watch take shape. Click through it at any point and flag anything that does not feel right.
- TestingAccessibility, page speed, forms, tracking and checkout are all tested before anything goes live. We check on real phones and browsers, and we test the paths that make you money from start to finish.
- Launch & handoverGo-live with redirects in place, so you keep the search rankings you have. Then training for your team, written documentation and full admin access. The site is yours.

You don’t always need to start over.
Plenty of sites need a cleanup, not a rebuild. We take over existing WordPress and WooCommerce sites, find what’s slowing them down or breaking, and fix it in priority order.
