ADA & cookie compliance

Accessibility and privacy are where small oversights become real risk. We audit, fix and monitor your site against WCAG, and set up consent so tags actually wait for permission.

What’s included

What we take care of.

WCAG audits

Automated and manual testing against WCAG 2.2 AA, with a prioritized list of fixes.

Remediation

Fixes made in the theme and content, not hidden behind an overlay widget.

Monitoring

Scheduled accessibility scans that catch regressions when content changes.

Cookie audits

A list of every cookie and tag your site sets, and what triggers each one.

Consent setup

Consent Mode v2 with OneTrust, CookieYes or another platform, configured and verified.

Documentation

Records of what was tested and fixed, for your legal and compliance teams.

Accessibility scanning

Scan, fix, verify, monitor.

We scan your site against WCAG 2.2 AA, the benchmark used in ADA guidance, legal settlements and government requirements. Every issue is logged, ranked and tracked from scan to scan, so progress is measured against a dated baseline instead of a one-off snapshot.

  1. ScanWe crawl the full site and log every issue as a dated baseline.
  2. TriageWe sort each issue by who can fix it and rank it by impact.
  3. FixWe fix the code ourselves, or hand a developer-ready list to your developer with a walkthrough.
  4. VerifyAs fixes ship, we rescan those pages and report what’s resolved and what’s still open.
  5. MonitorWeekly scans catch new issues introduced by content updates and releases.

Pricing

Straightforward, per site.

Start here

Baseline scan

$800 one-time, per site

A complete picture of where your site stands today.

  • Automated crawl of the full site against WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Every issue logged with the page, element and WCAG criterion
  • Issues ranked by impact, with plain-language fix notes
  • Fix list sorted by who can fix each issue
  • One-hour review call to walk through findings
  • A dated baseline to measure progress against

After fixes ship

Fix verification

$300 per round

Proof that the fixes worked, and nothing new broke.

  • Targeted rescan of the pages that changed
  • Report of what’s resolved, still open, or new
  • Follow-up notes on remaining issues

Keep it that way

Ongoing monitoring

$200 per site, per month

Catch problems when content changes, not months later.

  • Weekly automated scans of the full site
  • New issues flagged as they appear
  • Monthly progress report with trend history
  • A running, dated record of accessibility work

Need the issues fixed? We’re developers, so we can make the fixes ourselves. Remediation is quoted separately once the baseline scan shows what’s involved.

Who fixes what

Every issue has an owner.

Content

Fixed in the CMS by whoever edits the site: missing alt text, vague link text like “click here”, skipped heading levels and untagged PDFs.

Templates & code

Fixed once in the theme and fixed site-wide: color contrast, unlabeled form fields, menus that trap keyboard users and broken ARIA.

Third-party tools

Fixed by the vendor. We document the issue so you can send it: booking engines, chat widgets, map and video embeds, review feeds.

A note on scope. Automated scanning catches roughly a third of WCAG success criteria. It’s the first layer of an accessibility program, not a certification of ADA compliance. Keyboard flow, reading order and screen reader usability need manual testing, which we can add. And we fix the underlying code rather than installing overlay widgets.

How we work

Our approach.

Automated tools find only part of the problem. We combine scans with keyboard and screen reader testing, because that is how real users and plaintiffs find issues.

For consent, we verify behavior in the browser, not just in the banner settings. A banner that looks right while tags fire anyway is worse than no banner.

Then we keep watching. Every content update is a chance for a new issue, so ongoing monitoring is part of the job.
